As planned, during Systemics’ visit to Uzbekistan in April 2024, we had the pleasure of hosting in Poland a delegation from Uzbekistan headed by the President of TMB (in English RTMC: Republican Telecommunications Management Center), Mr. Ulugbek Shakirov. They came to continue our negotiations and agree on key topics our companies intend to pursue together.
Based on the requirements raised by our guests, we focused on measuring Quality of Service and Quality of Experience (both in Uzbekistan’s domestic networks and in roaming), mainly using Systemics’ NetQRadar© active testing solution. As part of this cooperation, parties have agreed to consider the programming resources offered by IT Park from Tashkent to develop the necessary modifications to the system, including a local language version.
Additionally, to address Uzbekistan’s growing demand for implementing the latest telecommunications technologies and standards, Systemics arranged a joint meeting with Polish academics to discuss educational and knowledge transfer opportunities. This support should cover both RTMC and Tashkent University of Information Technologies (TUIT), combining theoretical lectures prepared by leading lecturers from Polish Technical Universities, and concrete use-cases and best practices prepared by Systemics.
Following the visit to Poland, RTMC continued their European trip by going to France and discussing with Thomas Counioux (Apave’s Group Head for Transport, Defence & Telecom markets) how to expand our cooperation, taking advantage of Apave Group’s full potential and experience in testing, inspection and certification.
