Monitoring and auditing services help operators quickly assess the main factors that influence the network quality and loyalty of end-users.

By combining the drive testing data with network probes data we can provide the true end-to-end view of the network quality of both the core network and the access network in PS and CS and in Control Plain and User Plain. We use extensively data gathered from drive-test, network probes and management systems. This setup gives us a very wide view of all the bottlenecks including those in the core network. Layer 3 signaling information from radio network is used to find out reasons of services quality degradation.
